What Am I To Do

I am at a position where I am responsible for more then myself. I have my family and my business, I often tend to let my thoughts come out before the whole thought process is over with. Yes I know it is a big Flaw, but if I personally let things go on in my head things will get worst, trust me they really will. Being responsible for all that I am responsible for I tend to take things a little bit more seriously then others. So I maybe get loud or snap or whatever it may be, but GOT DAMNIT I HAVE EVERY REASON TO.


Say if I sign a artist, I have to put everything on them, I have to work for them just as well as they work for me. So that means I'm leaving my life in the hands of a person that don’t take this music as seriously as I do, or doesn't work as hard as I do. So realistically I should be on that persons ass even harder. If they can't respect that what will they respect. I work my ass off for everything that goes on in my life, if I was a couch potatoe wouldn't nothing good happen for me I would be fat eating some chicken with a pitcher of kool aid by my side. But NO I am energetic I work out in this business that I am in and I get things DONE POINT BLANK.

Long story short if I have a problem with someone I state the issue and we can settle whatever that it is causing the problem. For instance if I have a problem with A I wont go to B saying that I have a problem with A, I will go straight to A stating that this is the problem this is what I think needs to be done, we can meet somewhere in the middle. Because if I go to B instead of going to A it builds conflict then the alphabet is all FUCKED UP. Cause B is going to go to A eventually saying "Yo man Show said this that and the other and he has this problem with you and that problem with you" but when I'm around you its "A my nigga what up, I love you fam" that shit doesn't look right and isn't good for the camp AT ALL.

So point blank period I'm me and I'm gonna continue to work hard in this life I chose, therefore if I have a problem with you, I'm gonna say it, I'm not gonna say to anybody but you cause that's where my problem is, I might not say it in a good manner, but that's your job to correct me if I'm wrong and that's when business is good, SO FUCK THE BUL SHIT COME TO ME LIKE A MAN OR WOMEN CAUSE THAT'S HOW I'M GONNA COME TO YOU!!
