Been slippin on my Blogs, SORRY FOR MY FEW LISTENERS OR READERS, LOVE YALL!! What has been going on, Well A WHOLE LOT, some things I can't speak on right now, dont want to Jinx the company, but it very well could be a good look! I'm not gonna be on here long today just wanted to let you know that i HAVEN'T forgotten about yall i will be back in a few PEACE

What Am I To Do

I am at a position where I am responsible for more then myself. I have my family and my business, I often tend to let my thoughts come out before the whole thought process is over with. Yes I know it is a big Flaw, but if I personally let things go on in my head things will get worst, trust me they really will. Being responsible for all that I am responsible for I tend to take things a little bit more seriously then others. So I maybe get loud or snap or whatever it may be, but GOT DAMNIT I HAVE EVERY REASON TO.


Say if I sign a artist, I have to put everything on them, I have to work for them just as well as they work for me. So that means I'm leaving my life in the hands of a person that don’t take this music as seriously as I do, or doesn't work as hard as I do. So realistically I should be on that persons ass even harder. If they can't respect that what will they respect. I work my ass off for everything that goes on in my life, if I was a couch potatoe wouldn't nothing good happen for me I would be fat eating some chicken with a pitcher of kool aid by my side. But NO I am energetic I work out in this business that I am in and I get things DONE POINT BLANK.

Long story short if I have a problem with someone I state the issue and we can settle whatever that it is causing the problem. For instance if I have a problem with A I wont go to B saying that I have a problem with A, I will go straight to A stating that this is the problem this is what I think needs to be done, we can meet somewhere in the middle. Because if I go to B instead of going to A it builds conflict then the alphabet is all FUCKED UP. Cause B is going to go to A eventually saying "Yo man Show said this that and the other and he has this problem with you and that problem with you" but when I'm around you its "A my nigga what up, I love you fam" that shit doesn't look right and isn't good for the camp AT ALL.

So point blank period I'm me and I'm gonna continue to work hard in this life I chose, therefore if I have a problem with you, I'm gonna say it, I'm not gonna say to anybody but you cause that's where my problem is, I might not say it in a good manner, but that's your job to correct me if I'm wrong and that's when business is good, SO FUCK THE BUL SHIT COME TO ME LIKE A MAN OR WOMEN CAUSE THAT'S HOW I'M GONNA COME TO YOU!!

FOR A REASON

In life things happen for a reason, if you go outside and fall it was for a reason. Your ass should watch where you are going next time LMAO.

HERE IT IS: 1 am on a Thurs day a typical night for me I'm in the studio, previewing JET NOISE debut album from Boardroom Recording Artist CARDI. I'm in the second track sounds good, we just had a meeting with Cardi, when I say WE, meaning the Founder/Owners of Boardroom Recordings SHOW(ME) & UNCLE CHEE. I'm not going to get into much detail about the meeting, BUT lol, nah we just had to get on the same page with something’s, a team is NO GOOD, if all of the members of the team is not on the same page. It would be like tug of war which is not good for business.

Boardroom Recordings is family orientated fo'real but we have to look at the Lines of this life we live. There is BUSINESS & There is Family. How do we know where to cross and where not to cross, is it Business first or is it Family first? WELL FIRST OF BOARDROOM IS A BUSINESS.... but i'll let you see our success and let you decide what we decided comes first lol

LONG WEEKENDS

Ok its its early AM on sunday, i been in the studio since, friday at around 5ish, Worked with Cardi on a couple of songs for his Album Jet Noise, I think he is almost done, but i haven't heard everything straight through which i been asking for, for a lil minute now... but anyway, had a meeting at 1245 1 am which is Crazy. Basically wanted to know where everybody stood as far as the company, are you in it to get it popping or you trying to get in when it gets popping (BEING A DICK RIDERS) in attendance at the meeting was Myself, Chee(sleep the whole time) Dutch (dutch is not an artist, but he is one of our biggest supporters THAT'S MY NIG, LOL) Sharp, Birth, Cardi, T.Guns. Excused from the Meeting was Caz (Which signed a couple of weeks ago) Huggy Bear(Which as been on point with me)

But anyway Listened to Fab's new album Loso's Way, pretty good album, it made me think about Ear Hustle which is my album this will be my first official album that i am goin all the way with. The Crazy part is that i haven't really recorded anything like that with it, i have about 11 songs or so that could be the final songs on the album but i dont know i just think something is missing and i haven't hit the nail on the head yet, but until then I been heavy on THE BUSINESS.

And i'm sitting in the studio with Chee recordings songs for THE RETURN OF LEON PHELPS. that's gonna be the SHIT, trust me it will be, but ummm i think that's all i did NOOOO! WAIT,

I was at HOT 91 friday with Timbalands bro Sebastian REAL COOL DUDE, and of course DARK KNIGHT ENT! they cool peoples WING MAN PRODUCTIONS/BOARDROOMRECORDINGS are about to do there promo video that shit will be HOTT TRUST ME IT WILL BE BR/DK this shit is gonna be crazy WORD TO YA MOMMA

I been on my grind with this Boardroom business since 2006. I been knee deep in the dirt with it and probably more. Chee and I have been through many good times and many bad times, but through it all, we made it to see the next day. Hard work, dedication, loyalty, and strength will definetly help you overcome most of the obstacles that may be in your way at the time you may feel discourage.

Also there is a steep hill between friends family and business. You may not want to loose either of them but you must understand that some people are for seasons and some are for a life time. It is the hardest thing in the world to pick and choose who is who and which is which, When times get hard, and people dont get what they want that will help you decide who is who and which is which. Your true love ones will be behind you NO MATTER WHAT. They understand what you may go through as a person and as a business and just because something may not happen one day or one week, deep inside they know it will happen and they will stick with you til the end.

I only say watch your friends, watch your enemies, and HOlD ON TO GOD

Time after time you will get tested on many things you believe in. For instants EVERY BODY IS A RAPPER, and if you believe in yourself as a rapper, you will definetly be tested. Right now there is a lot of "RINGTONE" rappers? What the hell is that, lol, basically music with no real substance.

I am also Co-Owner of Boardroom Studio. I sit in and engineer alot of sessions and I hear a huge variety of artist. What I like to hear is, DELIVERY, you must be able to BRING IT, make people and yourself believe what you are saying, FIRST AND FOREMOST. I like to hear metaphors, i like you to make me think, SUBSTANCE, talk about more then your cars, your jewels, how you will fuck a nigga up, I mean I like to hear that stuff sometimes but not all the time from the same person. The whole album about Cars and Jewels and you'll fuck a nigga up, you mind as well put your album title as I'll fuck a nigga up, cuz i got cars and jewels.LMAO,

Basically, what i'm saying is add some substance and switch it out every now and then.

Alot of people are getting on right now, but at the same time they will not last. There is to many artist out there that has over 5 albums and still going, if they have what it takes i dont see why you can get your hustle on, but the key is HUSTLE FOR LONGEVITY NOT FOR THE MOMENT.

Another Night in the Studio....

Alot of people ask me, Show, why are you always in the studio so late and so long...
My asnwer is simple its my passion...
Music is almost like a religion to me lol...the beat is my all mighty lord next to MY HEAVENLY FATHER...

as i always say Sacrifice... if you believe in something, or if you want something to happen its not gonna come to you at all you have to go get it, and me being in the studio as much as i do, i'm running towards my goal..

Im in the studio with Caz..Working on Hate Me Vol. 2

Caz is one of my favorite artist. He puts so much in emotion in every song. You hear an emotion in every word, and you feel every metaphor that he puts out. Caz is SO VIRGINIA, lol, but at the same time he is not, alot of Virginia Artist pretty much sound the same. But Caz he is by far DIFFERENT.

But i think that's it for now i'm suppose to be recording the nigga lol,

Time

There are 24 hours in a day. 8 of them hours people are mainly sleep, another 8 people are normally at work. that means you have 8 left to do other things to help you maintain in life.

CLEARLY NOT ENOUGH TIME.

You have to factor everything in the 8 hours that you are not at work and not sleep. Spending time with your family, some personal time, and God knows in this world we live in now, MOST LIKELY THE WORK HOURS ARE EXTENDED, gotta get OVERTIME lol,

I know you are thinking damn Show, how can we do all this and be happy.
WHO THE HELL KNOWS LOL

As of right now, I'm not happy I'm not happy, I'm always working to get something I want sometimes I wanna be like FUCK IT, other times I'm like I just gotta grind it out.
I miss my 2 beautiful little girls ALL THE TIME. I dont want them to live like I lived.
I grew up with just my mom and plenty of family members to support her and help her out when ever she really needed, but i didn't have that real father figure growing up until later in life. My mom and my family did a great job, please dont get me wrong but not having that father figure i missed a great deal.

My girls will have that fathe figure and more, i grind Hard, my daughters are my life and i want them to have the best life EVER, you just dont understand the passion that i have. I love you MUSIC, its like my 3rd CHILD, so i travel in the lane with music if i do something that i love to get ahead it leaves less stress, then if i'm pissed i gotta go to a job that i hate you feel me,
BUT overall i did start this for me, but now that i have my children i do this for them, if i ever leave this earth, anytime before they are adults, they will know that had a father who loved them dearly and also they will know the importance of HARD WORK, so there for they know how to work for themselves and not have to worry about someone else to do something they can do for them selves,

So long story short...

If you are a father GRIND HARD FOR YOUR CHILDREN, they will see you as a FATHER, but they will always see you as a HARD WORKER,
WHICH IN RETURN WILL MAKE THEM HARD WORKERS

What's good people,

So today has been good, until now..lol, problems never seem to go away, things are getting bad for a few close people in my life. I have realized that when it rains it storms but God is known for bringing the sunshine after the storm. So i'm saying to God...HEY GOD WE ARE READY WHEN YOU ARE.

Not to get religious, you know what forget that I am, God has away for everyone on the road of success, he is the "VDOT" all the people in Virginia know what I mean. He is your tow truck when you are stuck on the side of the road. He is your street light for when you are on that dark road. I believe God shows us rough times before he really puts a blessing on upon that road.

I send my prayers out to those in hard times right now. We live in a world that is hurting right now, it will all get better if we come together as one, people might not see eye to eye, but lets get hand to hand to over come the hill of hurt that is bring us down...well that's my words for today, much love

Hello, or should I say what's good,

Its been a minute since i last posted something on here, but more will come I promise you.

Where should i began its like 1:15 am and i'm up here writing...tired as hell i pulled a all nighter last night, got maybe 4 hours of sleep and been running all day. We (Boardroom) now sponsors a comedy at Jillians downtown Norfolk, it was a great success i'm proud of Montee and the crew of Boardroom. We have all come along way. Everything is coming together faster then i thought everything is good. We are now in the process of signing artist, we gave all the contracts out waiting for a the artist to look them over with all the powers that be, and then we can get things popping like they need to be. Jet Noise is doing real good in the stages of getting developed, and its CRAZY, i love it, Caz Album is doing real good we are about to get the singles in rotation but the paper work gotta be str8 before the paper gets there if you feel what i'm feeling. lol,
The Cypher even got there paper work, I'm proud of them boys they came a long way and i ride there asses so bad, i love all the artist the same way but some needs more pushing then others. but that's that, i'm sitting here watching This Michael Jackson special, man that dude was talented and what's crazy is i know all the artist in Boardroom has that same talent....

I take this Music very personal, I expect everyone in my camp to do the same thing. Everyone calls me Diddy, I'm known for snapping at people in the studio. I actually have every reason to be. I am hard on everyone that I believe in to try and push them so that they can be successful. Some can handle it and some cant..

That's that and my knowledge for the day...

The Music game is like the Drug game...

You don't talk or introduce yourself, or even try to build a relationship with connects, you wait to be introduced in most cases you dont even need to be..(That's stuff will get you hurt) BECAUSE that looks as if you are going behind the backs of the ones that actually knows them.

The road to success can be less congested if people that dont sacrifice get the hell out the way, cause they are looking to latch on to someone else for a ride..

I am Show. Ceo Co Founder of Boardroom Recordings. I am from Chester Pa.
I now reside in Norfolk Va where I am helping establish one of the biggest Production
Companies known to man. As of right now we consist of 3 of the hottest Mc in 757 area
Cardi, Caz, and of course myself lol 4 of the most talented and creative producers in
the same area Uncle Chee, Rebirth, Reiign Maker, and Cardi and many extended Family such as Music4food, JahlilBeatz, ToneBeats, Sap the beat man and many more. 2 vocalist with amazing voices Jazzy and J Rod.
Well that's that......

Ok what else...Shout out to the Cypher and A Sharp...A Sharp is apart of the
Cypher but he is also a talented producer outside od being
A group member...I kinda had it out with thee whole cypher they were once apart
of Boardroom but issues on both partie....here is the Story....
The Cypher were clients that came to Boardroom to get studio time
over the time they came into our studio we watch the and tried to assist them grow

My partner(Uncle Chee) approached me about making the Cypher apart of our new Brand
that we were putting together. When we 1st put the Cypher on our brand there was
A studio lock out NOONE was allowed n the studio the reason being Boardroom was n
transition on moving and getting the true business together..Once we had a new establishment, Business Liscence and Contracts between the 2 of us(Uncle Chee and I) we opened the studio up for all of our artist. We had a new professional look to us. Within the month or 2 of us opening the new studio The Cypher was rarely seen together as a group, there was always either, Tommy Guns or A Sharp rarely seeing the 3rd member J Kid aka Huggy Bear. Tommy Guns is a great lyricist delivery on point consistantly in the studio this opened our eyes. Then came A -Sharp, he took us by surprise great lyricist great song writer, great producer, Huggy bear beings though his mind was on school, work, and real life(which is aprt of music also) wasn't showing us as much as the other 2 members but on the other hand a hell of a graphic designer, dude got mad talent in this area. he is also a lyricist but delivery needs work...ok ok back on subject
long story short this became a problem for us so we had to part our ways as far as business was concerned.
